India Cultural Association, ICA, is an umbrella group that aims to bring all local India-related entities together culturally.   Strategically, ICA will provide a platform for member organizations to celebrate key common-interest events such as Republic Day and Independence Day of India. As a tactical example, ICA will create a single calendar of events of member organizations and communicate broadly via the Internet, social media, etc.  We request your organization to join ICA.
